We are an Anglican Church in:

(The above links will take you to more information on external sites).

We are an Anglican Church (that is, Church of England) in the centre of the Market Town of Crook, situated in a beautiful part of County Durham. We have a style of worship that is dignified but relaxed. We are a church where children and their parents have a valued place. We have people who have long experience as members of the church and others for whom this is still a new experience. We have two styles of services running side by side at 10am on Sunday mornings, the one in our side aisle is perhaps a different way of being 'church'. The style is relaxed and seems to be attractive for anyone not having a church background and bringing their children. If you would like more details, please do email Mrs Lisa Tacon on lisatacon@outlook.com. If you live in Crook or come to visit, we would love to see you. You would be made very welcome at any of our services on Sundays at 10am and 6pm or Wednesdays at 10:30am.

If you have come to this site looking for information about Christenings (also known as Baptism), Thanksgiving Services or Weddings, please visit our Contacting Us & Records page, or you can chat to Rev. Vince Fenton and Rev. Linda Lindsay our Curate, most Wednesday evenings between 6-7pm (just come in through the door marked 'wheelchair access' and of course they are at church every Sunday - 10am & 6pm - why not come and join us then?
