We are an Anglican Church in the centre of the Market Town of Crook, situated in a beautiful part of County Durham.

If you live in Crook or come to visit, we would love to see you. You would be made very welcome at any of our services, or perhaps you might like to call in for lunch or coffee and a freshly made cheese scone. You will find us open every Thursday morning from 9:30 am  until around 1:30 pm. We serve lunch from 11:30am onward.

IMPORTANT PETITION
Deadline 6th December 2008

You may be aware that the water companies are beginning a process of  charging churches for water and drainage facilities. This will almost certainly be prohibitively expensive for many churches. Would you please consider signing the petition mentioned below here.

An e-petition has appeared on the Prime Minister's website, as follows, submitted by David Boddy of North Thornaby:
We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to instruct water companies to return to charging churches as charities rather than as business premises.
